What is your refund policy

1. Our policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have gone by since product delivery, unfortunately refund or exchange will not be accommodated.
2. To secure Customer Protection Rights, Make video while
Unboxing the order. If seal (tape) opening is not Shown in the video, NO CLAIM such as DAMAGED or MISSING PRODUCT will be accepted.
3. In case of Refund, Only Value of products will be refunded. Delivery charges are non refundable.

What is your shipping policy.

Free Delivery on orders over 2000/-
Standard Shipping Rate for small orders 198/-
Products shipped using M & P, TCS and Call Courier service in Pakistan.
We are responsible for safe delivery of products to customer. Replacement will be provided to customer in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy. Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to orders@blissvendor.com with request for replacement.
